I found it helpful to review the situation and pinpoint the exact moment where I made the wrong decision to drink, and then look at how all the negative consequences could be traced back to that point, and then try to figure out how I'm going to make a different choice when that moment or one like it occurs again.

(Because it will, you know. As varied as life can be, a lot of it is the SSDD..)
