Trying to deal with being alone sober hell. I stopped going to AA meetings, partially I saw all these people talking to each other and making plans on getting together to do something after the meeting, or people would talk about their family and friends would be trying to support them. I felt more alone then, than when I was actually home alone.
I started to go to meeting every once in a while, figuring its good to be around people sometimes.
My doctor told me that loneliness and boredom are the two things that will make an alcoholic pick up more than anything. Good luck Johnny555
