I really had such a nice weekend. I was able to reflect and enjoy clearly. I'm starting back teaching zumba tomorrow night so had some practice with friends and loved it. Spent alot of time at the beach swimming, amazing conversations with and incredible friend, family time and lots of walking. I feel like I'm changing
Anyways just touching base x

Thanks I danced as a young thing and loved it and zumba is my way of keeping it up. Makes me very happy
