You're in the right place Savarna, there is usually someone here all the time. There is also a lot of sobriety here so just about all questions or problems you have can be helped with

Im so over whelmed by how many of us are in recovery from alcohol , its great to not be alone my last drink was on the 5th of january 14 and i have been relapsing every few months usually 3 monthly binges that last one night but i total myself !managed to stay sober for two years prior to my relapse a year ago and struggling to get back any decent amount of time since, im heavily into fitness and figure competition although im a alcoholic , if i didnt have this in my life im sure i would drink more often as alcohol is high in calories and i must keep my body fat levels low ,glad to be apart of this forum thanks guys/girls
