Today is my seventh day sober! One week. I'm feeling great. Starting to sleep at night, and loving waking up sober.


I've only gone longer than a week one time, so this may be child's play for some, but this is nearing a record for me and I'm very proud of myself.

Keep in mind this feeling, for when times get tough, never forget how your feeling NOW, and keep pushing through, it only gets better!!

I'm on day 9. Double digits tomorrow. Perhaps it won't seem too long until we're counting in weeks. But, it's definitely a day at a time for me at the moment.
