Confused
There is no answer to the "why is she doing this" question. Believe me. I've been in that particular rodeo a million times. Confusion is a sign that says "Go no further." If it's right, you'll know with very little hesitation. The way will be clear. You won't have to go onto the internet to ask a bunch of strangers what they think of the situation. You'll have peace of mind about it, along with some excitement and hope. There's rarely real confusion when it's a healthy situation. Maybe a bit of human miscommunication, but no real confusion.
Some people come into recovery and swap their addiction to booze/drugs to an addiction to a person or relationship. It's still an active addiction.

Please be careful that you are not setting yourself up for a relapse. You can't control how she behaves, however, you can control how you are reacting to it. If you are letting someone interfere in your recovery, you need to cut them lose.
