sounds like you might want to explore some hobbies that you can pick up when he leaves...things that will keep your hands occupied. Like painting, writing, etc. For me, my home has never been cleaner then this past 22 hours...so I am digging up my paints tomorrow!

Well done on not drinking
I know when I quit drinking it really made me look at myself,evaluate myself,almost re-invent myself

Maybe look at doing some new things for yourself then you are not so dependent on your boyfriend and will feel better when you are alone and not get tempted. It does get easier as time passes. Each time you do something for yourself though and don't drink you're building your sober muscles and will feel so much stronger

I agree with nicole on getting a hobby. I recently started studying photography. It really helps me get my mind off stuff, and I have a lot of fun doing it!
