This is much different than my last detox on my own. So far, anyway. I am thankful to have gotten here and made it to a doctor. I am on a Librium detox and have had only minimal symptoms so far. As my time comes for another dose I start to feel a little queasy and have had a little sweating. It seems I'm on a lose dose compared to what I've read but for now doing good.

Anyone, know if it can be hard tapering off the Librium?

I hope this works! Looking forward to a better life.

It's best to ask your dr about tapering off the Librium. He will have the answers you need.

Great job Kris!!! I am also on day 2, my doc gave me Lorazapam and it has kept the withdrawl symptoms away, so far. I also worry what it will feel like tapering off the drug.
