Sleeping pills

Struggling with sleeping pills. They suppress my appetite but sometimes I randomly and instantiously forget what I was saying or doing. Foggy. My question is, can you notice that I am? Can my fellows and family tell?

Are they prescribed for you BlessMe?
If they are, I'd share your concerns with the prescribing physician.

No, just over the counter sleep aid. But can you tell by just looking at me that I am off or not right?

Are you asking me? cos I don't know you, and I have no experience with OTC sleeping aids, I'm sorry.

How about recording yourself on your phone/webcam and playing it back to yourself? Just an idea.

if your forgetful and foggy does it matter whether anyone else notices though?

do you feel yourself you have a problem?
would you like to be off them?
