I think you are doing well Kris. Withdrawal effects can't be avoided totally, a few sleepless nights are fairly normal.

You are tapering well. Congratulations. A few more days and you will be free! I tapered down too.

I did tapper Kris, it found it much easier when that was over and I could stop.

Kris, how long have you been taping down? I Dont know your drinking habits but for me when I do drink I go on a few day binge. When I do taper down its only a day process. From drinking 12 beer to 4 to 6 in a 6 hour period. But I'm ready to stop at that point.
