Very glad I found this site, it is great to read all the forums, funny how so many people think and feel the same, I thought it was just me.. There is a level of self forgiveness and after reading the posts I have realised I will have to work on.

So glad you found us. I had a hard time forgiving myself but with time I was able to do so. Once I had some solid sober time my mind was much clearer and my thoughts weren't so negative.
