I will not drink today
 

I am making a commitment to not drink today. I feel like if I write this and get it out there it might help. I went to a meeting. I am at work. My daughter has Brownies tonight. I have a full day today and I will not drink.

Good positive thinking 2B. Hang in on the concept of doing it one day at a time and we get better if we let it.

I'm feeling same way today! Been sober over a yr but the thot came to my head for bout 10 seconds then went away. Hopefully tonite's mtg will change the way I feel. Know obviously drink won't help but fact that thot bout it scares me

I was feeling insanely weak yesterday, had all sorts of very complex thoughts not wanting to leave my mind... so in the end I just decided to not do anything complicated but ate a good dinner and went to sleep.
