At the moment your body is fighting physical and mental addiction and is trying to break free from the dependancy on alcohol. By day 2 - 7 are by far the hardest in my opinion because your addiction is trying to outsmart you and come up with the right argument to keep you drinking the poison, alcohol.
When you get into day 8 or so, the physical addiction was over for me. The mental addiction was like having a soldier on a battlefield with a big gun ready for the enemy, Alcoholic Voice (AV), who decided to not to show up.
Yesterday and today are easy. Just keep reading and posting, don't buy any alcohol, don't drink any alcohol and don't let the crazy thoughts try and take over.
Only you control your drinking arm. I think you will do it this time, theres a determination in your post. Good luck
