Congratulations! You are not alone and we all feel the same things you feel at one time or another. I am in AA and while it takes real work it provides a good stable way to recover and to meet a lot of great people while you do so. We all want to be connected and getting connected to people in AA with a similar mindset has been instrumental in my sobriety.
