I've been here many times and not sure why I always seem to slip out and return to bad habit but after another long rut of alcohol I've decided to stop drinking it, last night was my first full day off it and today I woke up feeling so much better! Already accomplished a lot and head is so much clearer...off one night! Looking forward to continuing this into tonight. Happy Friday everyone!
