Snow was always a trigger for me. I would even risk a drive through a snow storm with a buzz to get more.

Feels nice to shovel sober, actually enjoy the beautiful scenery and then come inside to enjoy a hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Congratulations. I'll say it's a nice refreshing situation hereabouts. Gloucester is around 5 degrees with about 20 inches of powder and Boston is around 3 degrees.
surprisingly the meetings might be full today.
BE WELL

Currently it is -7 degrees (minus seven), I believe we have about 12" of new snow since yesterday and I rode my bicycle to employment readiness program (about 3 miles). Just another day in upstate NY.

Be Well,
Larry

Sober for two months ... Awesome! It's cold, cold, cold in this part of MA but we didn't get all that much snow. The birds are going bananas eating the seed I put out. I'm always happy when I see one of your posts Dennis

Rain and snow, run me out in the cold rain and snow

Snowstorms were one of those times where I used to love to drink. Something about being housebound I guess. Now I just drink tea and feel just fine.

It was a colddddd storm August. It's -1 here now.

Thankfully this time we didn't lose power for five days like last year. I used to hate preparing for a storm, always trying to figure how mny beers I needed before the packies will reopen. I never went a night without a drink.
