Day 36
Made it thru holidays! Had alcohol all around with folks saying "have a drink" etc. the old me would have just agreed and had those drinks. I decided to be honest but polite and told those that asked or 'bugged' me about it that "I have decided to try life without alcohol in my life because it has controlled the past 30 years" amazing amount of support!

Fantastic achievement! Getting through the holiday season shows you can do it. But don't let the guard slip now the festive season is over.
