Just curious to see what everyone is doing tonight!

I'm going to a sober party at my out-patient clinic from 6-8 and then I'm going to another sober party at the local NA clubhouse where there will be tons of recovering addicts. It's going to be tough tho because the clubhouse is located in a part of the city where a lot of my "using buddies" live, but I'll have more than enough support.

Happy New Years everyone! Stay safe, stay sober, and if you do choose to drink/use, PLEASE don't drive!

I was going to a huge sober party with two bands and tons of good food but I am under the weather and staying home. Prolly lie on the couch with a blanket and watch movies.

Tomorrow I am cooking black eyed peas and cabbage rolls.

Hey Jake ,
i planned to watch some internet feeds around the world, but now i'd much rather stay snuggled up at home drinking tea and posting on SR , maybe watch a funny film or series later , listen to the radio .

My partner (early days) might be in touch later so it'd be nice to see him , as at the moment in my life he kinda represents an unknown and interesting future.

I'm going for the same plan as Christmas because it worked. Staying home and relaxing. Probably will stuff my face with food and watch movies.

I will be staying in with Netflix and video games. I got invited to a few parties but there is going to be lots of drinking so I decided to avoid the situation. After the struggles and accomplishments of this year, having a nice, quiet start to the new year sounds perfect.
