Exactly one year

..since I crashed my car and hit my head.
I think that screwed me up even more than alcohol and drugs.
It has also been a year since I posted on SR. When I was posting last december, I was concerned that I was on a seriously slippery slope with my alcoholism.
Since then I was institutionalized for the first time in May this year when I was 17 in Cairns Hospital (QLD, Australia), and have been placed in the mental unit 3 times since then.

Anyway I went to AA for the last 2 months and it has helped but I relapsed several times

Anyway I guess the reason is to say Happy New Year!!
Im glad to be back on SR and I am going to post alot more! !
Its been a horrible year for alot of people including myself but its time to move on I suppose.

I will see you all next year :p

If it's been a horrible year, then you can change things so that 2014 is a year that will be much better for you.

Thanks guys..very keen to keep up with SR in 2014. Its a great support group and getting in touch with other member within Aus in an excellent way to cure lonliness and mantain support

Im lucky to have this forum at my fingertips!
