strange how it works

Feeling like **** all day today . Fearful of my consequences everything. Went to a meeting and I feel so so much better . To bad I have to go to bed want to experience it some more . Tomorrow I will work on day 5 sober .

Great stuff ebo!!

Keep in mind what happened today, you felt not so great, reached out for support and ended the day feeling a whole lot better, so you saw how reaching out for support can change an entire day, whether it be a meeting, checking out SR etc . . . keep pushing through!!
