My mind is mush

I came out of a three day binge last night at 9PM.

My wife left with the kids, I went to an AA meeting and took a desire chip. My mind feels like it's caving in on me.

I want to stop this crazy cycle and become a better dad/husband.

Welcome on board!

Changing your life is possible, there are many here that have. You just have to want it more than drink. Life is short my new friend, why waste it on something that brings us misery?
