4 month anniversary and sobriety tattoo
 

Hey guys,

Just wanted to check in. Im still on track since my sobriety date of Aug 20th. I feel the best I ever have in life... :) I went yesterday to get a sobriety tattoo. I got "Mischief Managed" on my side since I am a huge harry potter fan and I thought it represented this time in my life of "managing my mischief". Its not ever going away but it is a everyday battle that I have to manage everynight. I hope all is well. ;)

4 months is awesome! Congratulations!
And I love your idea for a tattoo: The Weasley twins would be so proud! It's cool that it was the spell that closed the marauders map (if I remember my HP right). I like the symbolism of closing a map, especially one like the maruaders map. Great idea.

I have a tattoo planned for 1 year: My last one (I've accumulated quite a canvas over the years): An open book with blank pages.

Chasing, I plan to get that tattoo on my one year!! I've been looking at images of different ways people have gotten that one done. Awesome on 4 months!

Congrats on four months! I'm planning on getting a tattoo myself, just need to work out the design - planning on some type of tree tattoo on my left forearm. However so far though I've found it difficult to plan out a design for what is essentially a thin cylinder :dunce: - but hopefully it'll be easier now that I'm sober :turn:

I've just passed 11 months and have ordered some earrings for my One Year Anniversary :)
Even drunk I was too much of a wus for a tattoo!!
