P.e.m.s

I recently got home from La Poloma treatment center. We used to do our P.E.M.S as a group every night. I'm missing that time a lot! It's very hard being home so I thought I would share my pems tonight . Thanks.

Physically- I feel tired
Emotionally - I'am very dialectical
Mentally- I'am a little foggy
Spiritually - Still seeking

Wow, I never studied anything like PEMS when I was in treatment. I like this, perhaps we should get a thread going so we can continue with it.

Welcome to SR, Kanonu!

What's "dialectical" feeling? Ambivalence? Conflicts? Feeling something one moment, and then feeling nothing the next?

Dialectic thought is the concept of taking two diametrically opposite ideas and merging them into a cohesive whole

I'm confused because you describe your feelings, not your thoughts, as "dialectical."
