10 months
Ten months yesterday. I'm looking towards the year as a marker as really meaning something to me. But I dnt like to think too far ahead. In ten months what had improved
Sleep
Relationships
Work
Mood
Emotional stability
Fitness
Appearance
Finance
State of mind
Health
The list probably goes longer but that is probably just about everything important to me just now.
If I drink I geopordise all of this , the obsession has been removed .
I attend meetings , have a sponsor and surrendered to king alcohol and other mind altering substances. Hope this helps someone out there.
