4 weeks. I know that's a major milestone. Bit of anxiety but pushing forward. Christmas is suppose to be relaxing and fun. So far way too much early stress

Hey Bill, I know what you mean, it's a stressful day for the newly Sober, I think though by this evening sitting down to watch some Xmas TV I might actually start to enjoy myself.

Before then negotiating many relatives, a few houses packed with alcohol and a family dinner will be hard work.

Dee - relaxing now. Stressful start and u r right for all not just me . Practicing some breathing exercises to relax and it helps
