Hope u also had a merry Christmas. Don't try to do recovery alone & of course if med attn is needed then yes. Aa is whats worked for me but if I were to go back out, it's not the program that's @ fault but me! Strength is found in God first then thru mtg & talking w/ others. The benzos is an Na issue which I'm not very familiar w/ but either way addiction is the root. If your a teenager there are meetings for that age group too
Hindsight is 20/20 as its said so avoid going down the awful & painful roads most of us have gone down by tending to this NOW

thanks guys , sorry for bringing bak a old post :P ur support means a lot, my mum just asked me what i think about AA, first time she's brought up thats as a problem, my problem isn't so much frequency ( okay once a week or so) still 2 much i kno, but its more quantity its A LOT when i do, i hardly know my name n the hangover the next day is.. lets say unpleasant

I guess I just woke up one day and found that I had the strength to make it through the day. I just went slow and each day found the strength. Found the strength for 21 days now.
Find the strength!!!
