I think now is the third longest I've gone without booze- longest was four month, then 6 weeks. The only anxiety left is related to my depression. This place has been a real help and I'm still knocking around.

AV is rather quiet at the moment, only occasionally rearing its head once or twice a day like a sad puppy wanting a scratch. In fact I dont want alcohol today.

So a very merry Xmas to everyone, enjoy a nice sober day and thanks to everyone
