I've just been to supermarket for a few bits and got some bottles of beer for my friends partner when we go later today. I saw chocolate beer and thought, mmm I bet that tastes nice, it wouldn't hurt just one, lots of people do it.nope, you don't, I can't believe I actually entertained the idea, know where you're coming from DoPerdition.

We don't want to start again, though we would be better armed, it won't get the better of us.

Thanks for the responses! So far it has been fairly easy to ignore my AV. The thing is, I never noticed I had an AV before I quit, so I think I am just noticing it now and it seems so much louder.

I agree that my AV has no power without my compliance. That is actually a comforting thought because I have only myself to answer to and only myself to blame if I fall into old ways. I really never want to have another Day 1 though!
