Momma on her own tonight
I try not to say "I'll NEVER drink again!!" or any time frame - I say I am not going to drink anytime soon and not today. I'll think about tomorrow. Then when the next day happens, I am so glad I didn't drink. You will get there - read boards here at SR, find support groups in your community, even play groups. I'm a former military spouse and grew up in Colorado Springs Might I suggest calling insurance (Tricare?) and telling them you want counseling services. Maybe talking to a confidential counselor will help? You don't have to tell the insurance company about your addiction. I told mine and was surprised they had an entire division for recovery/mental health referrals. Welcome!!
