Hopes & Goals
My only hope for 2014 is to be sober. My only goal for 2014 is to be sober. That said, I would also be really thrilled if I could run a sub 10:00 mile. You know, consistently...

I'm a forest runner too, by the way. Hate running on roads
but love to be in the woods everyday if I can. . .

Can't believe nobody has said run Forrest.I'll do you a deal,you do your goal,and I will do mine which is get sober and get my 6 pack back by summer,which I will post here to prove.If we don't achieve our goals,we both give £100 to a charity we chose,sound good?
