Public apology I posted before about CarolD and it's upset a few people - please know that was never my intention - I just wanted her remembered at this time of year. If anything I said, upset you - I am truly sorry Xx |
I think it's a great time to remember CarolD. I really miss her. She loved Christmas and I miss seeing her change her avatars on holidays. |
I saw nothing offensive in your OP. |
You owe no apology. There are those who will find offense in anything, so don't worry about it. Your post was a tribute to Carol and if anyone doesn't understand it, that's their problem. I thought it was lovely. |
Thank you Xxxxxxxxxxx |

Yeah it was a nice tribute to her, I never knew her but if she spent a lot of her time here, I'm sure she would pat you on the back for keeping her name typed into a thread on the Forum once again!! :) |
What happen to her? |

Carol fought cancer valiantly and with dignity and passed last January. My life was changed forever just by knowing CarolD. She was one person who truly understood my pain and comforted me like nobody else could, when my son went missing. She was a lady in every sense of the word, a class act and a woman of grace. She was a member of SoberRecovery almost from day 1 and she gave selflessly of her time, her energy and her love because she loved everyone here. Carol's light shines on here and in our hearts. The world is a better place because of Carol and I shall treasure her memory forever. RIP dear friend. :candle: Here's another tribute to her when her passing was announced here. http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...83-carold.html |
