Hi!

Just quit yesterday. This time I have to make it stick. First time going online.

My drinking is solitary, depressive and out of control risky behaviour when drunk.

Not sure. Dont pick up the glass I suppose. I'm a binger so a few days is no biggy.
Its when the urge comes and the right confluence of time off next day, high spirits and plenty energy strike that I find it hard to control.

Its a bad time of year coming to xmas but I just have to get my mind straight first on the rewards of sobriety.
