Three weeks ...
Three weeks ...
Three weeks since my last drink
Three weeks since the ambulance ride
Three weeks of riding the sobriety roller coaster
Three weeks of really dealing with my s***
Three weeks of questioning my sanity
Three weeks of progressive clarity
Three weeks of NO hangover
Three weeks of learning about myself
Three weeks into my new life
Three weeks of gradually accepting WHO I am and WHAT I am
Three weeks of amazing support
I just needed to remind myself
Three weeks since I discovered this forum and all the wonderful, caring, supportive people here ... for my sobriety

Tomorrow will be my three weeks Hokey. So proud of "us". LOL. I feel better and yes, I'm discovering who I am all over again. Each day is a milestone for me. Please reward yourself. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do for my milestone tomorrow, but you better believe I will do something. Even if it's just a trip to Starbucks or the ice cream shop. I don't care...but I will have some kind of reward. Stay strong my friend.
Thanks everyone!
I'm actually feeling kind of crappy right now and I'm grateful for all your kind and encouraging words. MY BF's son organized a surprise birthday party for him and I feel really bad not being there. I made sure he (and the cake) got there, went in and said a quick hello and goodbye to everyone and then told BF that I couldn't stay. He said he understood but he looked so sad I left and went to a meeting and then came home. Sipping my tea and not at ALL wanting to drink, just feel bad like I let him down.
