12 days

it has now been 12 days since I had my last drink, which is by far the longest I have gone without drinking in my adult life, I even went to a bar on Saturday to watch the SEC championship game and I didn't order or drink any alcohol.

Last time I posted on here last week I mentioned something about a violent coworker/roommate. well after dealing with threats and stupid stuff he finally quit, so im hoping the hardest is behind me for my recovery

Good work Zach. The first stage can be really tough. Whether a week sober or a year you can always tell yourself "I've come this far, might as well keep going". I use that sometimes when I start thinking about a buzz. Keep it up!

Great job Zach!! I know myself it's difficult going to watch sport and not follow the usual routine of havng a drink, but the sense of achievement is great the next day!!
