I am new to this site and I am delighted to have found it. I am trying once again to get sober. I have a really bad relapse record and I cant help wondering if there is really any help for me.

Everyone relapses and this time can be the last time if you want it to be.

I was sober for 7 years and relapsed for another 7. This is day one for me and I can do it. So can you!

Welcome CharliesAngels! It's great to have you join us. You found a wonderful place.

I can tell you it's definitely possible to finally get it right. I drank almost 30 yrs. When I found SR I was drinking all day. I couldn't imagine my life without it. After I reached out here on SR I never felt alone again. Everyone understood - and I found the strength to change. You can do it too. Glad you are here.

I had a few problems with the chat at first, make sure your Java script is up to date, the other thing is your browser, I find Chrome doesn't work for me but either Safari or Firefox does, I'm sure Explorer works too as a default, but for any browser make sure it's up to date.

As already mentioned you'll find loads of support here!!
