day 9 came round quick
Hello end of day 9 for me today uk time slowly my body is feeling a bit better but having 15 to 20 anxiety attacks aday thinking i am going to die from what i have done to my self trying to focus on christmas and my son getting his wish from the make a wish foundation

Cool Sharon, Day 9 for me over here too
My head is better but my body feels a little weak still...shakes
I cry a lot too but that would be because I lost a girlfriend over my drinking and who I was.
