Hi Munky. I was pretty worried about you last night, and I'd bet others were too. When you get back on SR today and read this, before you start drinking, please read back through yesterday's posts. Many people have suggested that you call for medical to get help with detox. Please do that now before the shakes get too bad.

Trust me you will feel better after the detox ... My withdrawals ended today finally and I know it seems like they're never going to end, but they will... Get medical help if you need to... Just know that you can and will feel better ... You have to do this for yourself!

I don't know know what else to suggest.

If you won't see a Dr or take any of the suggested action I really think you need more help than this website - you need to find real life help and support to stop drinking ASAP.
