Cautious optimism, so very true. But with that healthy grip on reality and your attitude, I can't wait to wish you happy 90 days soon!

Could have been written about me. I can't count how many times I "quit", and yes, 10 days was always one of the rough spots mentally, as was 3 weeks.. I actually quit on 10/10/10 for almost six months, simply because I liked that sobriety date so much - ha ha. So it is clearly all mental. I was also so obsessed I would log my drinking and found all the quitting really helped to bring the average down
