Lost
Mom of a 23 year old who has just about ruined every holiday ,occasion ,wedding in the past 7 years.Im done I will always love her,..but her issues which range from lying..to entitlement to binging on food bulimia...drugs...alcohol...hoarding...have become to much a part of my life..,I have done my part getting to therapist...rehabs,,,attending alanon.,,i know the 12 steps and work them.,,but my pocketbook is closed now,,,im just to exhausted and need to stop allowing her behaviors to make me feel my life is unhappy..i am not the one using
...not the one who left her own baby...i didnt do this...and must except the outcome may very well be her passing young...she has recently had a seizure probably from the bulimia and refuses to see a dr....i will always love her and miss her but im done .

to SR! You didn't cause it, you can't control it, and you can't cure it. I understand your frustration and being done with the whole mess. Let go and live your own life.
