Yay for personal victories!
Today marks 1 week sober for me and I ran my 4th half marathon, beating all previous times, so happy!!!!! Now I can lounge on my couch and enjoy a big lunch guilt-free! (And, of course, alcohol free.

Sorry to toot my own horn, just really happy ))

Toot away !! I love to hear celebrations of sobriety ! They are as much a part of my recovery as the horror stories.
