Day 6 even managed to laugh today thanks to my lovely husband this forum is really helping me i feel i have somewhere to go thank you all

Yay! Way to go! Last week, I stumbled after day six, but picked right back up the next day, and this week, today is day 8. You can do it! Focus on those happy moments! That's what helps me
