Cravings
Don't do it!! Keep in mind that the cravings are all psychological. Cocaine use zaps the seratonin (the happy chemical) in our brain. It takes awhile for us ex-cocaine users to develop seratonin again on our own without the cocaine. When I got clean I attended NA (Narcotics Anonymous) meetings. Maybe you can search the internet for some of the NA literature/reading. Stay strong....that stuff is evil.....

The best advice I ever heard about dealing with cravings was this: "The craving will pass whether you drink/snort/smoke/whatever or not." Go for a walk, go to the gym, do anything to take your mind off of it. You can do this!
