Having a Bad Day

Having a bad day. Everything is bothering me. I feel like crying. But I'm not drinking. Guess that's the only thing going right for me today. I really want to though.

I'm sorry to hear you are having a bad day. Just let the emotions run their course and embrace the fact you are feeling something real instead of false emotions from drinking. It gets so much better with time!

There have been times when I've gone off into the bathroom and just had myself a good old sobbing crying session. I cry and cry about all sorts of silly things, just to let go and get it out. And when I'm done, I feel better! It is way better than drinking!

It's plenty okay to cry. Sometimes I'll burst into tears once I leave the parking lot at work and I don't even know why I'm crying. I hope tomorrow is better for you.
