What a day
Today work sucked so bad. I was having problems getting my parts to come out right. I got so frustrated and then started getting terrible headache. When I left I thought to myself for a fleeting moment that if I still drank I would be having a beer when I got home. Which is an odd thought because I was never one to drink alone, just with friends.

LOL maybe you can think of other things as well?
A little exercise helps me unwind after a hard day, or a shoot em up video game - unless it's a gripping programme, sitting in front of the tv just makes me stew over things....
The point is...if you have an array of other things to turn to to unwind, that call to drink won't hit you so hard

I do play my share of video games also. I have the cod ghosts but haven't really touched it yet because I've been stuck playing Diablo 3 on the Xbox 360. Can't wait till I have money for the Xbox One.
