I want a sober December...and then I want to string it together with a sober January and a sober February. I want to reach 90 days.

I want to remember how I feel today and know that I can do this. I want to remember that on December 2nd, I knew I could go 90 days.

You can do it one day at a time, sometimes on minute may be all that can be handled. Many posts here have the way to do it. I found I needed to be honest with myself about MY drinking and surrender to the fact that I can't drink in safety. Then things (me) got better.
