Hi. I have found the though of NOT beating alco as a huge help.
Carrying on drinking is far more frightening than stopping.

I'm on day 4 aftert a relapse on Xmas evening-27th. Just keep going.

I WILL beat this, and you WILL too.

5 weeks in feeling really good still have some cravings but they are much milder waiting for paws to show up and slap it down keep visiting forums daily I don't say much but I read a lot makes me feel supportive just to listen good job everyone another day sober lets keep it going
