New here, scared...
Hey everyone,
i'm new here, and since years I have ahd an alcohol abuse problem. I was in a rehab center this summer, but I went out.
Now I'm driking again and risking eve4ything again (family, marriage, job riends...).
I'm quite desperated because I don't know what to do, and would adore to have your hep to try stay sober.... My problem is that I dont think I can do it on my own, that's why I'm asking you for help...
Anything is more than welcome, I'm feeling scared, embarrassed, like I am lying to everyone, and cannot anymore.
Help!
Thanks in advance...

The best way is throw yourself in really.
I used to read newcomers forum every day...then after a while I branched out into reading 'new posts', which is all the new posts since you last logged in.
It's on the big blue toolbar that runs across the top of every page

Here's the link: http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...er-2013-a.html You can always find it under "Newcomers to recovery" Welcome, acuevasal! SR is a great site....look around and you will find members of AA and there is a non-secular section as well that includes information on SMART recovery, Rational recovery, etc. We come from all different walks of life....but we all share the desire to quit drinking
