Hi guys just thought I'd let you knowi just made it to day 4 it was hard at times there were moments I thought I would get weird or freak out or panic but I made it fairly calm and I just finished a gym workout :) im feeling this time round unlike other times I dont feel alone cause 8 have all u guys n ur support that makes such a huge huge difference as well as that im alot stronger this time and im a machine at this point :) thanks guys

Congratulations Dazmistry, I remember how hard the first days were and what a huge achievement getting through them was for me . You should be proud.

Wow cool! Four days is such a great accomplishment! That is wonderful and keep it up! I am almost at 24 hours. It is not a fun battle, but you seem to have a great mindset!

Good for you for being able to go to they gym on day 4:c029: I couldn't even get off of the couch...LOL! I does get easier....I am on day 48 today and don't really miss it at all...oh, sure...I get some cravings, but I have read about "urge surfing" and have really found it to be helpful! All the best...

Good job.

Getting support and actually putting it to good use are two very different processes.

You did all this during a very difficult time, at least here in the States.

AA meetings seem to thin out here from Thanksgiving to the new year, and then start swelling in numbers afterwards. Same with rehabs.

Keep on doing what you're doing.
