I am glad it is helping hokey. I am finding the longer I am sober the more I owe to helping others find their peace. I am not doing this alone, never have before anyways. I haven't even made it very far yet... but we will if we stick together.

I think the fact that you came here when you felt your craving means a great victory on your part. Congratulate yourself if you haven't already. This means you're really trying.

Blue days are the worst and they are going to push you backwards. Don't let that happen. You're stronger than that, better than that. And remember that we're here and all on your side. You can do this.
