It's 4^,k1#g impossible! I need the Alcohol, I do need! Here it is 4:00 hours, the night. The law does not allow to by alcohol at a regular market after 22:00. So I am going to go to the special bar. I can't stand it, 4^.., 4^.., 4^.k!
Alle, do you want to quit drinking? Do you want to live a sober life? Please, don't go to the bar. Go see your doctor and ask for help to stop drinking. They can help you get through the withdrawals. But the most important thing is that you have to WANT to stop with everything in you. You CAN do this! ((((HUGS))))
We've been there. Desire and craving are psychological. Let your doctor get you through the physical withdrawals and then everything after that is psychological. Fight that addictive voice and refuse to succumb. Again, you can do this!

Privyet, Alle!
I lived in Moscow and taught English there. It's an amazing city.
I know how strong the drinking culture is there, but I also know it's not impossible to get sober.
A lot of people have stayed sober through this website alone and there are certainly many paths to sobriety.
Just a question, though. Did you go to the English speaking AA meetings? I went to the English speaking ones and I just remember the members mentioning that they found that those were closer to the spirit of AA than the non-English speaking ones. (I'm not speaking from experience of the non-English ones, though, so take that as you will.) Sometimes just being around other sober people in person can help a lot.
I'm happy to PM if you want more details. But not pushing AA on you at all. Follow whatever path you need to.
That being said, please do whatever it takes to stay sober today. Look up urge surfing, read around, post a lot.
Wishing you the best.
